Delivery
Our preferred method of delivery is always to use our own transport and deliver direct to the customer. We will agree a delivery date/time* with yourself and delivery will be made by our own transport. Our drivers are Treadmill Centre employees and will be pleased to answer any questions you may have about your product.
All deliveries must be met by the customer, (or nominated individual) to sign for deliver and aid in offloading.
For an additional charge we can perform complete delivery, installation, commissioning and training.
*Agreed delivery +/- 2hrs any Missed deliveries are chargeable.
Where delivery cannot be made by ourselves due to location we use a national courier. The courier will deliver to your nominated address and we and we will advise anticipated delivery date. In all cases the courier will require aiding in offloading and for machines over 100Kg two strong and able bodied individuals will be required. N.B. Next day delivery is not garanteed but we will do our best to meet targets. Free Delivery/Installation applies to Devon only, please contact us for further details.
